WEST RED LAKE GOLD MINES INC. (CNSX: RLG) (formerly known as Hy Lake Gold Inc.) has completed its change of name.
Effective June 29, 2012 the common shares of West Red Lake Gold Mines Inc. will commence trading on the CNSX under the trading symbol RLG.
The name change was approved by the shareholders at the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on May 30, 2012. The new name better reflects the Company’s focus, the geographic location of its principal assets and the future of its business activities (see news release of June 21, 2012).
