Mr. Meredith has 30 years experience in the junior mining industry. Previously he was the President & CEO of Lexam VG Gold from 1995 to 2011 where he led the development of four gold projects in Timmins, Ontario. During the early 1990’s he served as Vice President of Operations for Northfield Minerals where he was responsible for initiating production at the Cheminis Gold Mine near Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
Ms. Kaloti has an extensive background in Corporate Finance spanning over 15 years and has served as an officer and director of multiple public companies primarily focused in the resource sector. She has also been responsible for coordinating equity financings, private placements, debt financings and reverse takeovers transactions. Ms. Kaloti is a graduate of Simon Fraser University where she received a bachelor of business administration.
Mr. van Egmond in a geologist who brings extensive exploration experience from generative, grass-roots to advanced project development, mine site exploration and production. Over the past two years, as VP Exploration at Dolly Varden Silver he has expanded its technical team to support exploration and potential future development of its Kitsault Valley project as well as continuing corporate development work.
He was part of the team with Platinum Group Metals that discovered and defined the massive Waterburg platinum-palladium deposit within the previously unknown northern extension of the Bushveld complex in South Africa. As Candente Copper’s country manager for Peru, he led the exploration and resource definition work that defined the multibillion-tonne Canariaco copper porphyry deposit from initial drilling to the prefeasibility studies. Additionally, he has extensive experience in Canada’s north, including diamond exploration and resource development for BHP at the Ekati mine and for Kennecott/Aber joint venture at the Diavik mine. While with BHP, Mr. van Egmond also worked as an open-pit mine geologist at the Island Copper operation in B.C. and as an exploration geologist in the Hope Bay greenstone gold belt in Nunavut.
Mr. Heslop is a professional geologist with over 40 years in the natural resource sector serving in various exploration and development management roles including initiation of gold production at the Hoyle Pond Mine in Timmins, Ontario. Starting in 1987 Mr. Heslop was President & CEO and a Director of Thundermin Resources, which explored and developed several mineral projects including the Duck Pond Mine and the Little Deer Mine until it was acquired by Rambler Metals in January of 2016. Mr. Heslop served as President of the PDAC in 1996 and 1997. Currently Mr. Heslop is Chairman of the PDAC Mining Matters charitable foundation.
Ms. Neale has over 20 years of experience in the resource sector as Chief Financial Officer for various domestic and international public junior exploration to mid-cap development and producing mining companies. She has extensive business experience with senior management, complex transactions, corporate finance, financial reporting, governance and regulatory compliance. Most recently, she held the CFO position with IDM Mining Ltd, that was acquired by Ascot Resources Ltd. Additionally, Ms. Neale is an active volunteer, currently serving as President and Director of the Women in Mining Association of BC and former President and Director of the Vancouver Youth Symphony Orchestra.
Mr. Weymark, is a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) with experience in mining, and heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
He has experience working on projects as a consultant, contractor and owner’s representative at various stages, including technical due-diligence, economic studies (pre-feasibility to feasibility), permitting (provincial and federal) and construction.
Mr. Weymark is currently Principal of Weymark Consulting, providing project management and advisory services to the resource sector, including Teck Alaska Corporation, NexGen Energy Ltd., Coeur Mining Inc. and Imperial Metals Corp.
Mr. Weymark was Vice President - Project Development for IDM Mining, until the acquisition by Ascot in March 2019. Prior to joining IDM Mining, Mr. Weymark was a Project Manager with Ledcor Contractors Ltd. in the Heavy Civil and Mining Division. Prior to Ledcor, he worked for Teck Resources Ltd. in various project and operational roles, including Mine Construction Project Manager for the Line Creek Phase II Expansion Project and Project Engineer for the Quintette Coal Operations Project. Prior to Teck, Mr. Weymark worked for SNC-Lavalin Inc. in the Mining & Metallurgy Division on various feasibility and pre-feasibility studies.
Mr. Weymark holds a B.A.Sc from the University of British Columbia in Mining and Mineral Processing and is a registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
